Refund & Cancellation Policy

In Person |  Studio Classes, Workshops & Private Tuition

​

Unfortunately due to our current waiting list and studio capacity, if circumstances change meaning you or your child is no longer able to attend their scheduled workshop or class, we're unable to to refund the class or offer a makeup session. 

​

With more than 7 days notice we would be happy to offer the following for:

​

  • A transfer to to another workshop (space permitting).

  • If there are no suitable future dates for you to transfer to we can provide a voucher to be used for a future workshop booking, or a refund can be given with a £10 admin fee deduction.* ( unfortunately this is not possible for our term time group classes ).


With less than 7 days notice we would endeavour to find a future date for you if the original place is re-sold. We will do our best to fill the place within this time. Please be aware that in our experience it can be difficult to fill places on workshops at short notice.

Multiple class sessions

Some of our workshop classes take place over several sessions. If you miss a session unfortunately we can not offer a make up session. If you require further tuition to complete your project you may be able to book 1:1 lessons depending on the project and tuition required.

Parties & Group Bookings | In person

 

A party booking can be secured with a £100 deposit. 

Group bookings must be paid in full in a single transaction, ( to divide the amount into individual transactions will incur an additional fee per invoice.

If you give more than 14 days notice to cancel you will be offered credit or a refund ( minus a £15 handling fee ).

Less than 14 days is non refundable.​​
